By accessing our website, placing an order, making a tasting reservation, or otherwise doing business with Teachworth Winery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
These Terms & Conditions apply to TFT#5, doing business as Teachworth Winery, located at 4451 St. Helena Highway, Calistoga, CA 94515.
1. Use of Our Website
By using the Teachworth Winery website, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age. Our website is intended for lawful use only. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our site or interfere with any other party's use of it.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
2. Age Verification
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine or participate in a tasting at Teachworth Winery. By placing an order or making a reservation, you confirm that you and the recipient of any wine shipment are of legal drinking age.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order where age verification cannot be confirmed.
3. Tasting Reservations
All tastings are by reservation only and are managed through our third-party reservation platform, Vintrail. By making a reservation, you agree to the following:
Tasting Fee
• The tasting fee is $100 per person.
• The tasting fee is waived with the purchase of 3 or more bottles of estate wine.
• Tasting fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
• Reservations canceled at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will be charged the full tasting fee of $100 per person.

4. Wine Purchases & Orders
Wine purchases made through our website are subject to the following terms. For full details, please review our Shipping Policy and Return Policy pages.
Returns
• Due to state and federal regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcoholic beverages.
• If your wine arrives damaged or is corked, please contact us at mail@teachworthcabs.com within 30 days of purchase. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled at any time until they have been processed for shipping.
• Once a shipment has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
• To cancel an order, contact us at mail@teachworthcabs.com or call the winery.
5. Shipping
Wine shipments are subject to state laws governing direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping. We ship only to states where such shipments are legally permitted. For full details, please review our Shipping Policy.
By placing an order, you confirm that the recipient is 21 years of age or older and that alcohol shipments are permitted in the destination state. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
6. SMS & Text Message Communications
If you opt in to receive text messages from Teachworth Winery, the following terms apply:
• We will use your phone number to send order updates, shipping notifications, wine club information, and occasional news about events and offers.
• Message frequency is low and will vary.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Responsible Alcohol Service
Teachworth Winery reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated upon arrival or becomes intoxicated during a visit. The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority.
Teachworth Winery is not responsible for the actions of guests following their departure from the property.
8. Conduct on Property
Guests are expected to treat the Teachworth estate with care and respect. This is a private family property. The following apply to all visits:
• Guests should remain in designated tasting and grounds areas unless accompanied by a Teachworth team member.
• Smoking, e-cigarettes, and vaping are not permitted on the property.
• All pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
• Children are welcome and must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
We reserve the right to end a tasting early or ask a guest to leave if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Teachworth Winery website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of TFT#5 dba Teachworth Winery and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teachworth Winery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, your visit to the property, or any products purchased. Our total liability in any matter related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service at issue.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Napa County, California.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
