• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

• Carrier: We ship via FedEx and UPS using specialized wine shipping containers.

• Adult Signature Required: Federal law requires an adult (21+) to be present to sign for all alcohol deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address if not one is home during the day. By using this website, you represent to Teachworth Napa Valley that you are at least 21 years of age.

• Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to PO Boxes

• Weather Holds: To protect your wine, we may delay shipping during periods of extreme heat or cold.

• Title and ownership of alcoholic beverages passes from Teachworth Napa Valley to buyer in California, and buyer takes all responsibility for the product being transported from California to the buyer’s selected destination. Sales tax will be applied based on Teachworth's location. We make no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to deliver or import any alcoholic beverages or other goods into any state. Buyer warrants he or she is solely responsible for the transport of the purchased products and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of bringing the products to the buyer’s chosen destination. By placing an order, Buyer authorizes Teachworth Napa Valley to act on Buyer’s behalf in arranging for transportation of the product at Buyer’s direction.
